We provide professional sheet metal bending with a strong focus on precision, quality and production flexibility. We operate two modern CNC press brakes and have a wide range of tooling, enabling us to efficiently manufacture a variety of sheet metal parts according to customer requirements.
We provide sheet metal punching using a hydraulic CNC punching machine. Punching technology is particularly suitable for producing holes, cut-outs, formed features and other details in sheet metal parts. Precise machine control and extensive tooling options enable us to produce a wide variety of shapes and geometries in accordance with technical documentation.
As part of our manufacturing capabilities, we provide CNC laser cutting of sheet metal parts in cooperation with trusted partners. This enables us to ensure high-quality, precise cutting of various materials according to the supplied technical drawings.
In production, we place particular emphasis on dimensional accuracy, cut quality and efficient material utilization.
We have experience with a range of welding technologies, primarily TIG and MIG/MAG welding. By selecting the most suitable process, we can adapt the welding method to the specific material, thickness, geometry and requirements of the finished product.
We can seamlessly integrate welding with other manufacturing processes – from design and CNC sheet metal cutting through bending and welding to final surface finishing. This allows the customer to receive a finished product without having to coordinate multiple suppliers.
In cooperation with our trusted partners, we provide professional surface finishing solutions for metal parts that improve durability, extend service life and ensure the required appearance and surface quality.
We provide a wide range of surface finishing processes, including powder coating, electrogalvanizing, nickel plating, anodizing, sandblasting and other treatments according to customer requirements.
We provide FDM 3D printing of technical parts, together with the option of designing and modifying models in professional 3D CAD software.
We use 3D printing primarily for prototype production, dimensional and shape verification, testing design solutions, and manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures and auxiliary components. It enables us to quickly produce a physical prototype before series production begins and verify its functionality under real-world conditions.
